Evan brings more than 14 years of legal experience to Staab Law, P.A., with a practice focused on estate planning, probate administration, asset protection, real estate, and business law. Drawing on both his legal and business background, Evan takes a practical, thoughtful approach to helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate important legal and financial decisions. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Evan earned his B.S. in Finance from Providence College before eventually pursuing his passion for law, earning his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011. His background in real estate and business provides an additional perspective when advising clients on estate planning, asset protection, real estate, and business matters.

Licensed to practice in both Florida and Massachusetts, Evan serves Staab Law, P.A. as a contract attorney. He divides his time between Cape Cod and South Florida, allowing him to maintain strong ties to both communities while serving clients in both states.
